• You don't have to install the included version of Origin if you already have Origin. You can run Origin and log in like normal, just set it to Offline mode and then run the cracked game. The Origin overlay will even work.

• The game will likely be in Russian, (the launcher is and there's no workaround, but all you have to do is accept the install), to change the language in game however open Regedit and navigate to <HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Wow6432Node/­Maxis/The Sims 4>, then double click on the string 'Locale' and change the value to 'en_US'

• Make sure you run the cracked launcher as an Administrator, or the game will not launch.

I am having one problem though, which seems common to pirated copies in general not just this torrent, about half the time when I try to use the 'Travel' function my game crashes to desktop. I don't even get an error message, it just crashes.

This is fairly gamebreaking, seeing as I'd like to leave my house occasionally. People have said you can fix this by running in compatibility mode or playing in windowed mode, both of which have not worked for me. Another popular fix that people suggest is to rename 'The Sims 4' folder in documents, which will cause the game to generate a new one on next launch. I then copied my save from the renamed folder into the new one, and I still suffer from the crash. Any ideas? Maybe my save is just corrupted?

What’s the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit Windows?

All modern versions of Windows are available in 32-bit or 64-bit flavors.

Here’s a breakdown of the main differences between them:

• 32-bit Windows can only run 32-bit applications.
• 64-bit Windows can run 32-bit and 64-bit applications.
• If you’re using Windows 7, 8.1, or 10, you’re most likely already using the 64-bit version of Windows.
